We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Portfolio Optimization Practice in North America. As a Director, Go-to-Market Lead, you will be responsible for devising and driving commercialization strategies for high-impact data and insights-driven solutions for our clients in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Owning the strategy of Portfolio Optimization solutions and offerings to align with Visa's client needs and broader strategy
- Driving solution sales by identifying potential opportunities in Portfolio Optimization across all segments of VCA, including issuers, acquirers, merchants, processors, and fintechs
- Engaging with Visa leaders in regular strategic and planning discussions, cultivating and managing a pipeline of work related to Portfolio Optimization
- Partnering with peers in other functional areas to ideate on new solutions and offerings for the Portfolio Optimization practice
- Developing and cultivating enduring, strategic relationships with internal and external clients and across the Visa organization
- 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
- Consulting, product strategy, and sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry
- Experience working in the payments industry or with a financial institution (bank, credit union, Fintech)
- Previous experience in a management consulting firm or role
- Excellent communication, story-telling, and presentation skills
- Experience working with financial indicators to measure business performance
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability, with strategic focus on impacting ROI
- Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently
