Key Responsibilities- Recruit and hire top talent for hourly manufacturing positions
- Provide guidance and support to employees on a daily basis
- Maintain employee personnel files and attendance records
- Process payroll and manage compliance with new hire training
- Develop and implement employee retention and appreciation strategies

- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment
