You will be an ideal candidate for the Customer Experience Technical Representative role if you are organized, adaptable, a collaborative team member, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and passionate about problem-solving. Your responsibilities will include confidently diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving device issues while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a technical support capacity or equivalent experience required.
- One (1) year of prior call center experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver prompt, efficient, and professional service to all customers and partners.
- Handle inbound calls to assist with installations, connectivity, or configurations of new and existing devices.
- Organize and prioritize outbound calls concerning device connectivity and health.
Basic Qualifications:
- Education and Certifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary state or federal licensing requirements.
- Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a technical support role or equivalent experience.
- Work history must demonstrate:
- A solid understanding of customer service and customer relations.
- A highly motivated individual with a strong desire to learn.
- The ability to exercise sound judgment and decision-making.
