Key Responsibilities:- Oversee HFC network projects and ensure employees are focused on correcting plant deficiencies.
- Hire, train, evaluate, and supervise technical staff.
- Oversight of work schedules of technical staff.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- 5 Years' experience in the field with at least 2 of those years as a System Technician/Broadband Specialist IV.
- Strong desire to improve the network.
- Health, vision, and dental insurance.
- Paid vacation, holidays, and flex paid time off.
- In areas where Mediacom services are not available, a reimbursement of internet/cable services are provided.
