Job Title: Network Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Supervisor to oversee the HFC network operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our customers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in network management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team of technical staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of technical staff to ensure the efficient operation of the HFC network.
- Monitor and analyze network performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement network maintenance and upgrade plans to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of network operations with other business functions.
- Provide technical guidance and support to technical staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in network management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of HFC network architecture and operations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
