Able to understand customer's individual needs and goals is essential, as well as being able to handle multiple projects occurring simultaneously with a sense of urgency for goal achievement. The ability to initiate projects and processes beyond established practices when directed is also required.

We are looking for a stimulated communicator with a persuasive, but collaborative, approach to selling. You should have mechanical, industrial, and HVAC insulation product knowledge/experience, as well as the ability to understand, quickly react and motivate others.

Our company offers a dynamic and changing work environment with a variety of tasks. This position has a fast-paced work environment and requires a motivated team builder able to focus on developing long-term relationships.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including a company vehicle, family medical benefits, and employer-sponsored life and disability insurance.
