Channel Sales Director

We are seeking a results-driven Channel Sales Manager to join our team at CCI Systems, Inc. This individual will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training strategic Channel Partners, as well as fostering value-based relationships with these partners.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT managed services, solutions, and technology, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. They will be able to develop and engage in building productive relationships with senior-level executives, colleagues, vendors, and customers.
This is a challenging role that requires a high level of analysis, problem-solving, and leadership skills. The successful candidate will be able to think strategically, manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously, and effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
