Mass Markets Territory Sales Expert

Brightspeed is looking for a Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of sales experience and outside sales experience in established and new environments with proven results in driving performance.
The successful candidate will achieve desired sales and penetration goals using virtual and cross-functional support from internal and external resources.
Key responsibilities include building effective relationships with property staff and residents in assigned modules, executing key sales and marketing activities to increase fiber penetration in the property or HOA community, and actively participating in property implementation and onboarding activities to ensure alignment of Day 1, Open for Sale, and First Occupancy Date (FOD) activities.
The estimated salary for this role is $65,000-$85,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
