We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Property Manager to join our team at Related Company. As a Commercial Assistant General Manager, you will play a vital role in managing a newly opened 2.9 million square foot Class A office tower.
Key Responsibilities
- Property Management: Oversee daily operations, implement management policies, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Tenant Relations: Be the go-to contact for tenants, coordinating improvements, resolving issues, and conducting regular updates.
- Budgeting & Financial Management: Manage annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and prepare reports for senior management.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team, ensuring smooth project execution and upholding Related's standards.
- Construction & CAPEX Management: Oversee construction activities, manage capital expenditure budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time.
Additional Responsibilities
- Deliver top-tier operational management across various disciplines, including accounting, maintenance, and security.
- Enhance tenant experience, from move-in to lease fulfillment, with a focus on customer service.
- Continuously assess property resources, identify improvement strategies, and mitigate operational risks.
- Conduct regular property inspections, manage tenant files, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Lead procurement and contracting, oversee large-scale capital projects, and manage special events.
- Manage budgets, analyze financial statements, and maintain strong relationships within the organization.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $130,000/yr + Discretionary Bonus

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
- 5-7 years of commercial property management experience, particularly in office spaces
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of building systems and property management issues
- Experience in maximizing financial performance and leading diverse teams
