Key Responsibilities

  • Property Management: Oversee daily operations, implement management policies, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Tenant Relations: Be the go-to contact for tenants, coordinating improvements, resolving issues, and conducting regular updates.

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team, ensuring smooth project execution and upholding Related's standards.
  • Construction & CAPEX Management: Oversee construction activities, manage capital expenditure budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-tier operational management across various disciplines, including accounting, maintenance, and security.
  • Enhance tenant experience, from move-in to lease fulfillment, with a focus on customer service.
  • Continuously assess property resources, identify improvement strategies, and mitigate operational risks.
  • Conduct regular property inspections, manage tenant files, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Lead procurement and contracting, oversee large-scale capital projects, and manage special events.
  • Manage budgets, analyze financial statements, and maintain strong relationships within the organization.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $130,000/yr + Discretionary Bonus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
  • 5-7 years of commercial property management experience, particularly in office spaces
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of building systems and property management issues
  • Experience in maximizing financial performance and leading diverse teams
