Job Title: Business Development Sales Representative I

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Sales Representative I to join our team at voestalpine Roll Forming Corporation. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth through the entire sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive sales growth through the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Communications, or Mechanical Engineering from a four-year college or university.
  • Entry-level experience (up to 2 years) in B2B sales position.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience in presenting to small groups.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work accurately with details and to take complex problems and communicate at a technical level.
