Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist

Quest Global is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to eliminate non-conformances
- Lead and participate in root cause analysis activities to identify and implement corrective actions
- Develop and implement process capability studies and measurement system analysis to ensure quality and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement control plans and cost analysis
- Provide technical expertise and support to manufacturing teams to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly in metals
- Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing drawings, GD&T, and measurement system analysis
- Hands-on experience with measuring and testing equipment, including contact and non-contact, analog and digital
- Expertise in root cause analysis, problem-solving techniques, and quality management systems
- Knowledge of aerospace and auto quality requirements, including AS9100, OSHAS, and ISO standards
- Graduate degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent work experience
- Background in quality management systems and experience with quality initiatives
- Green Belt certification in quality initiatives is an added advantage
- Minimum 8+ years of relatable manufacturing engineering experience
- MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project
- CAD software, including NX or equivalent
- Analysis tools, including Minitab 14 and above
- Product lifecycle management, including Teamcenter, Solumina, and Windchill
