Lead Manager, Partner Engagement and Pipeline

About the Role
As a Senior Manager at Workday, you will:
- Lead and cultivate a high-performing team dedicated to channel management.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities, enhance pipeline efficiency, and ensure successful implementations through strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with various Workday teams, including Marketing, Solution Consulting, and Enablement, to enhance partner capabilities.
- Build and sustain essential relationships with partner leadership.
- Establish a regular cadence for pipeline reviews and support sales forecasting initiatives.
- Ensure that partner-generated pipeline is balanced with Workday-sourced pipeline.
- Possess a deep understanding of business growth and sustainability in a dynamic market environment.
- Be willing to travel within the NA region, up to 40% of the time.
About You
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience in SaaS Enterprise Channel and/or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
- 4+ years of experience in managing teams with direct reports.
Other Qualifications
- Ability to comprehend the strategic competitive landscape and customer requirements to effectively position Workday within companies and partnerships.
- Experience in fostering mutually beneficial relationships with key partners.
- Proven track record in managing complex sales processes from initiation to completion, achieving significant revenue outcomes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in selling SaaS/Cloud-based software solutions, ideally within the EPM or ERP sectors.
- Experience in a collaborative team selling environment.
Compensation Transparency Statement
The annual base salary ranges for this position vary based on location. This role may also be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or specific commission/bonus structures, along with annual stock grants. Compensation offers will be determined based on various factors, including geography, experience, skills, job responsibilities, and business needs.
