About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse to join our team at Providence Little Company Of Mary San Pedro Hospital. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and guidelines in critical care nursing.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course upon hire.
  • 1 year - Nursing experience.
