We are currently in search of a seasoned Litigation Counsel with over 5 years of experience who is dedicated to the legal profession, client engagement, and teamwork. The ideal candidate flourishes in a high-performance culture and is eager to contribute to our rapidly expanding firm.
The successful applicant will assist our active commercial, real estate, and employment litigation sectors, executing tasks effectively while demonstrating strong writing and analytical capabilities. Leadership experience, deposition skills, and trial exposure are highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver projects promptly and professionally.
Foster positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
Independently manage a caseload efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Provide clear and precise analysis and guidance to clients throughout the litigation journey.
Qualifications:
5+ years of active litigation experience in commercial, real estate, and/or employment litigation within Colorado state courts.
Ability to independently plan and achieve objectives with strong writing and analytical skills.
Juris Doctorate from an ABA accredited law institution.
Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $160,000, with additional bonus potential ranging from $12,000 - $35,000. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, flexible paid time off, Colorado Bar dues, CLEs, and an in-house mentoring program.
