What You'll Do

">

The product content team plays a pivotal role within the Teradata user experience organization, working closely with various departments to plan, design, and deliver:

">

Content Design within the Product

">

We focus on simplifying technical experiences and crafting simple, useful content that helps customers derive value from Teradata's data analytics tools.

">

Technical Content Strategy and Documentation

">

We collaborate with product managers, product architects, engineers, user researchers, user interface designers, content strategists, design technologists, and others to drive the creation of high-quality content.

Your Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to design and enhance the Teradata product experience through deliverables such as feature glossaries, journey maps, task flows, research plans, and other documentation.">
  • Apply content design research and thinking to draft user interface microcontent, including labels, instruction copy, in-product education, in-product help, error messages, and other content.">
  • Work with a team of fellow content designers and technical content strategists to understand how and when content appears and how it can be improved throughout the customer's experience with Teradata.">

What We're Looking For

">

To be successful in this role, you should be enrolled in a BS/MS/PhD degree program with graduation dates between December 2025-June 2026.

">

We're looking for individuals with a background and interest in content design, UX writing, content strategy, or a related communications or design field.

Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly salary range of $29.00 - $44.00 - $50.00, depending on your location and experience.
