About the Role

Micron Technology is seeking a highly skilled DRAM Design Engineer to contribute to the development of innovative memory solutions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing memory circuits, working closely with cross-functional groups to ensure manufacturability and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new memory circuits, including layout and optimization
  • Collaborate with verification and validation teams to ensure design accuracy
  • Work with marketing and product development teams to ensure product meets requirements
  • Contribute to cross-group communication to drive standardization and group success
  • Proactively seek guidance from standards, CAD, and modeling groups to improve design quality

Requirements:

  • BSEE or greater (MSEE preferred)
  • 8+ years of product engineering or 5+ years of design experience
  • Simulation experience in SystemVerilog and/or Finesim, Hspice
  • Strong understanding of DRAM architectures, circuits, and functions
  • Solid proven circuit/fullchip debugging skills
