Compensation & Benefits:
The position provides an annual salary ranging from $45,000 to $60,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and avenues for professional advancement.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring the provision of superior landscape maintenance services within set timelines and budgets.
  • Build and sustain strong client relationships, promptly addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Lead a team of landscape crew members, offering guidance and support to foster their success.
  • Conduct regular inspections of sites to uphold quality and safety standards.
  • Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and work orders for all landscaping initiatives.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to guarantee timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Analyze key performance metrics and provide recommendations for service enhancements.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client offerings.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial landscape management or a related field.
  • Familiarity with landscaping techniques, equipment, and materials.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proficient in computer software for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Understanding of local and state regulations regarding landscaping, safety, and environmental standards.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
