Job Description

This 12-week summer internship is an exciting opportunity to join our Data, Discovery & Decision Science (D3) department. As a Machine Learning Engineer Intern, you'll work on a broad range of data, research, and analytical projects, collaborating with a fast-growing team of skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply a multidisciplinary approach to machine learning problems, combining technical, analytics, and business knowledge.
  • Demonstrate high degrees of analytic agility to meet dynamic business needs.
  • Break down complex business problems into solvable components to recommend solutions.
  • Utilize a variety of tools and languages, including Python, C++, Java, Scala, and SQL, to achieve results.
  • Work with Cloud platforms, such as AWS Sagemaker, to build, train, and deploy machine learning models.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy machine learning models.
  • Explore data sources to better understand data availability and quality.
  • Embrace an environment that supports innovation and process improvement.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • To have knowledge of and experience with Cloud platforms, such as AWS Sagemaker, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • To demonstrate analytic agility and problem-solving skills.
