Transformational HR Leader for Growth Ortho

Growth Ortho, a pioneering managed service organization in the orthopedic sector, invites applications for a seasoned Transformational HR Leader to spearhead its Human Resources division. This pivotal role will be instrumental in aligning HR strategies with the organization's objectives, ensuring the success of our mission to partner with independent orthopedic offices while maintaining their autonomy.

CompensationThe estimated salary for this role is $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with industry standards and the candidate's experience. The compensation package includes a comprehensive benefits program, competitive bonuses, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs our Transformational HR Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and Executing HR Strategies: Aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives to drive business success and enhance the employee experience.
- Staff Retention and Management: Overseeing talent acquisition, workforce planning, recruitment, selection, and onboarding to attract and retain top talent in the healthcare industry.
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Creating a positive and inclusive work environment through proactive employee relations strategies, conflict resolution, and fostering open communication.
- Compensation and Benefits Management: Designing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
- HR Policy Development and Compliance: Developing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and practices consistent with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Performance Management and Development: Implementing effective performance management processes to drive employee growth and development.
- HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilizing HR analytics and data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and inform data-driven decisions.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with 5 years in a senior leadership role within the healthcare industry preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance requirements specific to the healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience leading HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable HR strategies and initiatives.
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is preferred.
