Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with industry standards and the candidate's experience. The compensation package includes a comprehensive benefits program, competitive bonuses, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

As our Transformational HR Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and Executing HR Strategies: Aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives to drive business success and enhance the employee experience.
  • Staff Retention and Management: Overseeing talent acquisition, workforce planning, recruitment, selection, and onboarding to attract and retain top talent in the healthcare industry.
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Creating a positive and inclusive work environment through proactive employee relations strategies, conflict resolution, and fostering open communication.
  • Compensation and Benefits Management: Designing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
  • HR Policy Development and Compliance: Developing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and practices consistent with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Performance Management and Development: Implementing effective performance management processes to drive employee growth and development.
  • HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilizing HR analytics and data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and inform data-driven decisions.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with 5 years in a senior leadership role within the healthcare industry preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance requirements specific to the healthcare sector.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience leading HR initiatives, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable HR strategies and initiatives.
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is preferred.
