Job Summary
We are seeking talented and experienced Field Professionals to join our team in various construction roles. As a Field Professional with Talus Development, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, develop your skills, and advance your career in a dynamic and growing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, skid steers, and trenchers
- Perform laborer duties, including manual labor and physical work
- Work as a Directional Drill Operator & Locator, ensuring safe and efficient operations
- Conduct quality control and quality assurance activities as a QA/QC Technician- Communications
- Supervise warehouse operations and manage inventory
- Drive commercial vehicles and transport equipment and personnel
- Manage construction projects and oversee teams of professionals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license, with a Class A license preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual labor
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Ability to travel short distances for work assignments
- Pass a federally compliant drug and alcohol testing program
