Sales Development and Growth Specialist

Job DescriptionWe're expanding our Sales Development team to support the rapid adoption of our solutions. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll play a critical role in driving sales success by proactively identifying, nurturing, and creating new opportunities.
Unlike most Sales Development organizations, we prioritize quality interactions over quantity. You'll work closely with current users to understand their use cases and navigate their Elastic journey.
We offer flexible office space for in-person trainings, collaboration, and team-building activities, which our SDRs use on average 1-2 days per week depending on tenure, team, and preference.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partner teams to develop strategies and grow our business
- Balancing reactive work with a creative approach to identify new opportunities
- Utilize Salesforce, Marketo, LinkedIn, and other prospecting tools to research accounts, identify key contacts, and craft targeted messaging
- Learn our technology and effectively communicate its value proposition to technical audiences
- 0-2 years of sales experience
- Open to feedback, genuinely curious, and constantly looking for ways to learn and improve
- Genuine love of technology, with the ability to learn and communicate complex concepts
- Not afraid to pick up the phone
- Results-oriented and focused on achieving monthly targets through self-discipline, creativity, and passion
This role comes with a competitive total cash compensation package, including a base salary between $65,900 and $90,600, depending on skills and experience. Additionally, you'll have access to Elastic's equity plan and a range of benefits within our holistic total rewards offering.
