Job Description

The Business Growth Specialist will be responsible for influencing C-Suite decision makers to adopt CoAdvantage's co-employment relationship offerings. This role requires establishing new customer business and identifying client needs in the commercial markets of their assigned region. The primary objective is to establish new prospects and sell CoAdvantage PEO services per annual quota.

This field sales position begins as a hunter role with uncapped earning potential. As a Small Business Sales Consultant, you will need to identify and prospect new business opportunities, profile and manage Salesforce.com daily, produce sales leads, develop and maintain a network of small and mid-size business owners, and establish potential channel partners.

Key responsibilities include establishing 150-200+ new connections each week, maintaining and/or exceeding monthly Key Performance Indicators, identifying and collaborating with C-Suite level professionals on their business needs to introduce, expand, and sell CoAdvantage products and services, representing CoAdvantage as the leading and best PEO provider, and adhering to the CoAdvantage Core Competencies and Core Values both inside and outside of the office.
