Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Resident Care: Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.
  • Assessment and Documentation: Conduct regular assessments of residents' health and wellness, documenting any changes or concerns in their medical records.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Medication Management: Monitor and manage residents' medication regimens, ensuring accurate administration and documentation.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care and services provided to residents.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a long-term care or assisted living environment.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and proficiency in computer skills and electronic medical records.
