We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Rogers. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during the complimentary breakfast hours.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve breakfast items to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that the breakfast area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure a seamless breakfast experience.
- Support the breakfast team in maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic English verbal communication skills.
- Ability to obtain food handlers certification as required.
- Physical ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
- Proficiency in general computer knowledge.
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
- Desire to serve all guests.
- Must be 18 years of age or older to perform this job.
- Experience in a hotel or related field.
- Previous food and beverage experience.
