We are in search of a skilled Microsoft Power Platform Specialist to become part of our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in the design, development, and deployment of solutions utilizing Microsoft's Power Platform. This position necessitates a comprehensive understanding of PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agents. The role primarily allows for remote work, with occasional requirements for in-person collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Power Apps, both canvas and model-driven.
  • Create intricate workflows and business processes utilizing Power Automate.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports with Power BI.
  • Implement chatbots and virtual agents using Power Virtual Agents.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practices for Power Platform development.
  • Stay informed about the latest features and updates in the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Actively engage in the Microsoft Center of Excellence, sharing knowledge and ensuring adherence to governance and standards.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the team's expertise in Power Platform.
  • Data Integration: Connect Power Platform solutions with various data sources, including SharePoint, SQL databases, cloud services, and third-party applications.
  • Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve technical issues within Power Platform solutions to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Power Platform development.
  • Possession of Microsoft PL-300 (Power BI certification) is required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Power Virtual Agents.
  • Strong understanding of the Power Platform ecosystem, including connectors, gateways, and data integrations.
  • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services such as Azure and Dynamics 365.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
