Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Field Operations team in the capacity of a Claims Coordinator. This role serves as the critical link between our Field Operations personnel and the subcontractors responsible for executing warranty tasks. Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

The individual in this role will be accountable for the following:
  • Fostering and sustaining positive relationships with subcontractors, Area Managers, Expediting team, Labor Development team, and Inside Operations Warranty team
  • Verifying with subcontractors each morning to ensure they possess all necessary documentation, materials, and equipment for their scheduled services
  • Providing clarification and guidance on any inquiries related to occupied service work orders
  • Contacting each subcontractor assigned to occupied services to confirm the completion of their tasks
  • Engaging with homeowners and builders in the field to address elevated warranty concerns
  • Participating in on-site product training sessions
  • Attending weekly field operations meetings
  • Contributing to weekly labor meetings
  • Taking part in monthly financial discussions
Qualifications & Skills Required
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Capability to make prompt decisions and escalate issues as necessary
  • Outstanding customer service aptitude
  • Bilingual proficiency is advantageous but not mandatory
