Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. As an entry-level lube technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests' vehicles receive top-tier service while providing exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid checks, and tire rotations.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide quick and trusted services to our guests.
  • Participate in our award-winning training program to develop your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work weekends
  • An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • Mobility to crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head
  • Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
