Part Time Field Service Technician

RDS, a Division of The Hillman Group, is seeking a Part Time Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Kiosk Technician, you will be responsible for training on key duplicating and tag engraving kiosks, restocking kiosks, ordering product, cleaning, performing preventative maintenance, and responding to service and repair dispatches as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Restock kiosks and order product as needed
• Perform routine service on kiosks, including cleaning and preventative maintenance
• Respond to service and repair dispatches as needed
• Install machines in the local area
• Keep track of inventory for re-stocking machines
• Conduct store meetings and interact with store management to ensure a good working relationship with clients and promote the machine to improve revenue
Requirements:
• Basic trouble-shooting skills, mechanical and electro-mechanical skills, and the ability to follow written and oral instructions carefully
• Basic computer skills and basic spreadsheet and email skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
