The Senior Client Consultant is the frontline of Shaker Recruitment Marketing, maintaining responsibility for mid to large enterprise account engagement, development, and overall satisfaction. They operate as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the client organization
- Retain and nurture relationships with clients, internal departments, and partners
- Act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to clients – discover new opportunities to work together
- Maintain a deep understanding of all client dynamics such as business objectives, talent acquisition needs, and projections, challenges, budgets, etc.
- Serve as the client's internal advocate, interacting with Shaker Recruitment Marketing departments to coordinate all deliverables seamlessly
- Juggle multiple clients and project priorities simultaneously
- Orchestrate long-term plans to meet client objectives
- Actively support the team in the preparation of proposals and media recommendations, ensuring all goals and objectives are being considered and incorporated
- Consult on and close customer contracts (Media or other)
- Responsible for consistent growth and client billings at all levels
- Confidently sell additional Shaker Recruitment Marketing services
- Understand Shaker Recruitment Marketing offerings and manage client initiatives within each core category
- Follow-up with departments to ensure requested deadlines are met
- Understand the process and can provide guidance around the creation of orders and billing processes
- Prepare flawless, well-branded presentations
