Job Title: Offshore Account Manager

Brenntag is seeking a highly skilled Offshore Account Manager to join our team in Abbeville, USA. As an Offshore Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, developing sales strategies, and driving business growth in the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize sales and profit in the oil and gas industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs
  • Utilize industry knowledge and product expertise to identify customer opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and customer support
  • Travel up to 75% of the time to assigned areas for 24/7 periods of time and at times with no advance notice in response to customer needs
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the oil and gas industry
  • Knowledge of oil and gas chemical solutions
  • Experience managing accounts and developing sales strategies
  • Strong commercial understanding and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment in matters pertaining to sales and maintaining accounts
