Seasonal Bookkeeper Job Opportunity

Pro-Ag Farmers Cooperative is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to work as a seasonal bookkeeper in our Parkers Prairie location. The ideal candidate will have excellent phone and in-person customer service skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong understanding of agricultural industry practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process grain tickets and grain contracts
• Review grain settlement documents and process grain checks
• Provide exceptional customer service, answer phones, and respond to customer inquiries
• Post AR payments and enter sales tickets
• Enter AP invoices and manage inventory
• Assist with counter sales

Requirements:
• Ability to lift 50# on a regular basis
• Strong computer and communication skills

Compensation:
18-20

As a seasonal bookkeeper with Pro-Ag Farmers Cooperative, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the success of our agricultural cooperative.
