Marketing Support Coordinator

SERVPRO of Amarillo is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Support Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining our franchise's web and social media presence, providing sales and marketing administration, and coordinating public relations programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update our franchise's web and social media sites with engaging content
  • Provide administrative support for sales and marketing initiatives, including referral source follow-up and database management
  • Coordinate and attend public relations programs, including sales and marketing events, CE classes, and networking opportunities
  • Develop and send newsletters and e-blasts to our audience
  • Manage key account target lists and ensure timely research and deadlines are met
  • Coordinate brand and marketing efforts, including advertisement placement and tracking
  • Maintain sales and marketing materials and supplies
  • Conduct market research to inform our marketing strategies
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing support
  • Excellent customer service, administrative, and verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish a major plus
  • Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is desired
  • Working knowledge of current business software technologies
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience
  • Ability to drive with a valid driver's license
  • Ability to complete a background check subject to applicable law
Work Environment:

40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required, typically between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. with some after-hours events

Compensation:

Competitive pay based on experience
