Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to VIP customers via phone, email, chat, remote sessions, or in-person on-site
  • Troubleshoot IT software and hardware issues, identifying possible causes and mitigating issues or escalating as needed
  • Support Active Directory ticketing system and query IT incidents
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
  • Q Clearance Required
  • 2+ years of experience in Technical Support and an associate's degree
  • Experience working with Active Directory ticketing system
  • Excellent customer service skills
