Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote social, emotional, and behavioral growth in children with autism.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for children and their families.
  • Provide direct support to children with autism, including teaching life skills, promoting social interactions, and addressing challenging behaviors.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and track progress.
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and team members to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, special education).
  • Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and their families.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
