Job Title: Assistant Store Leader

At Quick Quack Car Wash, we're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Leader to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing business strategies, and leading daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Leader in hiring and training new team members.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day workflow of team members, providing direction and support as needed.
  • Assist with employment actions, including discipline and termination of team members in accordance with company policy.
  • Monitor store performance, identifying opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Enforce the proper use of sales pitches with the team.
  • Maintain accurate cash handling and POS register procedures.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to read, count, and write accurately.
  • Ability to work various hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Prolonged periods of standing and working on cash registers or related equipment.

  • Building Talent: Develop team members to provide outstanding service and prepare them for future growth.
  • Coaching: Provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching, 1 on 1s, and individual development plans.
  • Decision Making: Seek data from various sources to identify opportunities and make rapid, well-informed decisions to improve results.
