Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Financial Planning and Analysis team through the forecasting and budgeting process, as well as supporting capital expenditure budget maintenance, review, and cash flow forecast.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and provide financial metrics, data, analysis, and insights to support business decisions
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly Capex performance reports and present updates to senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on CAPEX requests, prepare analysis against initial budget, calculate return on investment (NPV impact), and generate cash flow forecast
  • Prepare regular cost reports, highlighting key findings and trends for project team review
  • Leverage system and tools to maintain and monitor CAPEX budget and spend
  • Interface with department owners to understand variances between actual results and budget and prepare forecasts that include the identification of risks and opportunities
  • Partner with the accounting team through the closing process to understand actual results and report out actual vs. budget and KPIs
  • Work closely with information technology teams to develop reporting from ERP systems
  • Challenge processes and develop recommendations for improvements
  • Perform in-depth analysis as required, both for operational and strategic initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related degree
  • 7+ years of experience in consulting, corporate finance, or business analytics
  • Strong software and systems acumen (SAP and WBS functionality experience a plus)
  • Experience conducting financial analytics and data modeling
  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, & Outlook)
  • Experience with FP&A software platforms
  • Experience with Excel Power Query
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, work under critical deadlines, and manage workload with little direction
