Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the company's financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Manage the daily operations of the accounting, payroll, FP&A, vendor relations, contract management, and IT activities.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to senior leadership to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Participate in strategic initiatives, such as business development and growth management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 12 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 8 years at a director level or above.
  • Proven track record of leading finance and accounting teams, implementing financial policies and procedures, and driving financial performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and other office programs.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $160,000 - $185,000.
