Behavioral Training Specialist

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct and implement QBS training programs as prescribed in training manuals and directive materials
* Arrange and travel to customer sites to conduct multi-day training programs in the US or internationally
* Complete and submit paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
* Maintain and promote customer service and satisfaction
* Assist with customer support and sales and marketing efforts
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience providing consultation and training in behavioral principles and procedures
* Experience with high-intensity behavioral challenges
* Ability to travel 30 weeks per year with some weekend travel
* Proficient verbal and written communication skills
* Access to strong and reliable internet connection
* Computer skills including Microsoft Office

**Annual Salary:** $88,000 - $98,000 plus bonus and COLA increase annually
