About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Specialist to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing behavioral support services to individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors
  • Develop and implement behavioral support plans to promote positive behavior change
  • Provide training and coaching to staff on behavioral support strategies
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams to provide comprehensive care
