Key Responsibilities
* Identify and schedule patients for developmental assessments based on new AHA Developmental Risk Categories using advanced clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills.
* Develop effective communication strategies to inform families about developmental risk, visits, recommendations, scheduling needs, and available resources, services, and interventions. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to promote comprehensive neurodevelopmental care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
* Coordinate/support inpatient developmental rounds and developmental care initiatives to ensure seamless delivery of quality care.
* Support coordination of educational symposia to enhance professional growth and community engagement.
* Enter data into the CNOC registry and manage neurodevelopmental outcomes data to support faculty and fellow research, driving innovation and excellence in cardiac neurodevelopmental care.
* Work collaboratively with authorization/insurance teams to address potential insurance barriers to neurodevelopmental care, fostering access to vital services.
* Support coordination of monthly meetings for each neurodevelopmental program component, promoting efficiency and productivity.

Requirements
* BSN required
* Active Delaware (or compact state) Registered Nurse Licensure Required
* American Heart Association BLS required

Salary Range
$83,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
