We are seeking an experienced Developmental Medicine Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team at the Nemours Foundation.

Job Summary

This role involves providing direct and indirect care to patients and their families in ambulatory and outpatient settings, focusing on developmental medicine and psychiatry. The selected candidate will apply their knowledge of growth and development, pathophysiology, and family dynamics to deliver high-quality care.

Key Functions
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care, incorporating input from the interdisciplinary team.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, addressing their unique needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal outcomes.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process enhancements and best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A BSN degree and active Delaware Registered Nurse licensure.
  • At least three years of related clinical experience, preferably in developmental pediatrics or a related field.
  • Prior pediatric nursing experience is essential; additional certifications or specializations may be beneficial.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000-$125,000, based on your qualifications and experience. The Nemours Foundation offers a competitive compensation package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
