Job Overview

As a Human Resources Specialist in the Army National Guard, you will play a critical role in supporting the readiness, health, and welfare of all Soldiers. You will be responsible for providing personnel support and assistance to all divisions within the Guard, including organizing, maintaining, and reviewing personnel records, data entry and retrieval, and processing recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist on all human resource support matters, including postal and personnel accountability support.
• Oversight of all strength management and strength distribution actions.
• Responsible for the readiness, health, and welfare of all Soldiers.
• Maintain emergency notification data.

Requirements

• Must be between the ages of 17 and 35.
• Must be able to pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards.
• Must meet citizenship requirements.
• Must have a high school diploma or a GED certificate.
