Merchandiser Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser Specialist to join our team. As a Merchandiser Specialist, you will be responsible for representing various brands across multiple retail locations, executing a variety of retail merchandising activities, and driving sales growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Locate and stock merchandise in the backroom of stores to ensure product availability on the floor.
  • Stock and pack out products to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Face and maintain product displays to ensure maximum visibility and sales.
  • Receive and install marketing and promotional materials at home and in-store.
  • Reset and maintain product displays and areas based on client needs.
  • Answer simple questions and complete tasks using our field technology on your mobile device.
  • Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
  • Represent our clients and our company in retail stores within your assigned area.

Requirements

  • Enjoy working independently in stores while building relationships with store associates and managers.
  • Owning your stores and becoming a go-to resource for our clients.
  • Effectively communicating with store associates, managers, and our team.
  • Leveraging support from our merchandising team nationwide.
  • Contacting our Operations Support Center for help with challenges in-store.
  • Completing work within the provided timeframe.
  • Closely following instructions to ensure accuracy.
  • Reporting work the same day it's completed.

What You'll Need

  • Access to reliable transportation to visit multiple retail locations.
  • A smartphone with data and internet access to report and upload photos.
