Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at North 40 Outfitters in Great Falls, MT. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive and productive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage employee relations issues, including addressing workplace conflicts, mediating disputes, and managing disciplinary actions.
  • Provide guidance to managers on handling performance issues, coaching, and corrective action processes.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and violations of company policies, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
  • Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies to maintain compliance with legal standards and best practices.
  • Support the development and implementation of employee relations strategies that promote a positive work environment and align with company values.
Requirements:
  • HR experience with a focus on employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, and workers' compensation regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
