Position Summary:

The Client Relations Specialist plays a crucial role in our Sales & Distribution department, facilitating customer orders, nurturing client relationships, and supporting sales initiatives to enhance business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer and distributor orders efficiently using internal systems.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients to provide updates on order status and expedite deliveries.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure accurate information regarding customer accounts and product availability.
  • Prepare special reports and project activities as requested by management.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues related to product availability and service discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive customer data files to ensure accurate order processing.
  • Work closely with the Customer Service team and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Coordinate logistics for product transportation, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Adhere to the company's Safety, Internal Control, and Quality Management Systems.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Service within a chemical manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with strong mathematical skills.
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce is a plus.
  • Strategic thinking and advanced problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and reliable, with a commitment to achieving business objectives.

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary for this role ranges from $26 to $28 per hour, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package begins on the first day of employment and includes employee assistance programs and tailored learning and development opportunities.
