Job Title: Sales Representative

Position Overview:

Act as the primary liaison for clients, assisting designers and customers in making well-informed purchasing choices.

Focus on furniture sales and personalization, with a strong understanding of textiles.

Surpass sales objectives by providing clients with product insights, generating quotes, and managing orders efficiently.

Establish and nurture client relationships, ensuring exceptional service throughout the entire process.

  • Proficiency in furniture sales and customization
  • Knowledge of textiles
  • Achieve and exceed company sales targets
  • Deliver information regarding products, pricing, and specifications
  • Support product selection and manage client expectations
  • Generate quotes, convert them into orders, and oversee payment processes
  • Conduct follow-ups post-sale and collaborate with Client Services Representatives
  • Seek out new client relationships while nurturing existing ones
  • Stay updated on new products and industry developments

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

2+ years of sales experience in a showroom or design environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking.

Physical capability to lift specified weights.

Compensation:

An annual salary range from $77,000 to $117,900 USD, inclusive of commission and base salary.
