Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to join our team at Colorado Center For Reproductive Medicine. As a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for examinations, including vital sign measurements, updating health information, and documenting patient data.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Assist with minor medical procedures, such as phlebotomy, and maintain accurate records of patient information.
  • Coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure efficient patient flow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance phlebotomy skills and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Medical Assistant (MA) certification or diploma required.
  • BCLS certification required.
  • Phlebotomy certification required.
  • 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience with phlebotomy skills required.
  • A minimum of 200 successful blood draws documented.

Compensation

The salary range represents the national average compensation for this position. The base salary offered will vary based on location, experience, skills, and knowledge. The pay range does not reflect the total compensation package, which may include an annual bonus, flexible work arrangements, and other region-specific benefits.
