ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

In this position, you will be instrumental in maintaining the financial integrity of Fenix Outdoor. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Engagement: Reach out to clients with overdue invoices and collaborate to establish payment solutions.
  • Payment Processing: Handle payments, investigate payment discrepancies, and ensure accurate daily cash postings.
  • Effective Communication: Foster positive relationships with internal teams and clients through professional dialogue.
  • Team Collaboration: Contribute to a supportive work environment by assisting colleagues as needed.

KEY TASKS

  • Contact clients regarding overdue accounts and facilitate payment collection.
  • Process credit card transactions.
  • Investigate and resolve payment disputes.
  • Generate and distribute account statements and invoices.
  • Coordinate with credit, account services, and sales teams on delinquent accounts.
  • Ensure accurate cash postings and bank statement reconciliations.
  • Communicate payment deductions to relevant departments.
  • Continuously seek to enhance processes and service delivery.
  • Utilize sound judgment and reasoning to solve problems effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of three years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • A collaborative spirit and ability to build positive professional relationships.
  • A proactive approach to managing multiple tasks with enthusiasm.
