ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position, you will be instrumental in maintaining the financial integrity of Fenix Outdoor. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Engagement: Reach out to clients with overdue invoices and collaborate to establish payment solutions.
- Payment Processing: Handle payments, investigate payment discrepancies, and ensure accurate daily cash postings.
- Effective Communication: Foster positive relationships with internal teams and clients through professional dialogue.
- Team Collaboration: Contribute to a supportive work environment by assisting colleagues as needed.
KEY TASKS
- Contact clients regarding overdue accounts and facilitate payment collection.
- Process credit card transactions.
- Investigate and resolve payment disputes.
- Generate and distribute account statements and invoices.
- Coordinate with credit, account services, and sales teams on delinquent accounts.
- Ensure accurate cash postings and bank statement reconciliations.
- Communicate payment deductions to relevant departments.
- Continuously seek to enhance processes and service delivery.
- Utilize sound judgment and reasoning to solve problems effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of three years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- A collaborative spirit and ability to build positive professional relationships.
- A proactive approach to managing multiple tasks with enthusiasm.
