We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Assistant General Manager at KidStrong Lake Oswego. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our center, including sales, marketing, and staff management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong coaching background, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to achieve exceptional results.

In this role, you will drive sales growth, manage center operations, and lead a high-performing team. You will also be responsible for implementing new programs and initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Center Operations: Oversee day-to-day center activities, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.
  • Leadership: Lead and manage a team of coaches and support staff, providing guidance and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.

What We Offer:
