Nursing Leadership Opportunity

Mary's Woods at Marylhurst Inc is seeking a qualified Shift Supervisor to lead our Health Services team. As a licensed nurse with demonstrated leadership experience in elder care, you will be responsible for supervising direct care employees, updating care plans, and communicating clinical care changes to employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coach direct care employees to ensure high-quality care and services
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to address concerns and needs

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, certification, and education. This hourly, non-exempt position requires holidays and weekends.
